Money Stories in First Language Program

Organizations/communities can request a one-hour virtual workshop on any of the following topics:

  • Budgeting
  • Credit
  • Banking
  • Goal Setting & Problem Solving
  • Needs Vs Wants
  • Asset Building
  • Community Economic Development

Or request a full 8-hour Money Stories series that covers all of the above topics.

  • 8-week program
  • Once per week
  • 60 minutes per session
  • Done online via Zoom (potential for in-person classes once provincial health orders allow)

We can offer some flexibility in designing the program to meet the needs of your organization. For example, sessions can be doubled up or held multiple times per week to finish faster than 8-weeks.

If your organization or community has first language speakers that would like to learn how to manage their money in an Indigenous language please call Pam at 204-927-9938 or email pam@seedwinnipeg.ca to discuss further.
