ANAK Publishing Worker Cooperative Ltd.
ANAK Publishing Worker Cooperative Ltd. is an affiliate of the non-profit organization Aksyon Ng Ating Kabataan (ANAK) Inc. and supports its mandate to share, learn and preserve Filipino-Canadian heritage and culture through resource, education, and mentorship. ANAK Publishing produces thought provoking Filipino-Canadian content; bringing together authors, educators, students, and readers to bridge cross-cultural understanding. Founded in 2010 to address the cultural gap found in educational resources, ANAK Publishing produces quality works notably in oral history and children’s literature.
Diversity Food Services
Diversity is the main food service provider at University of Winnipeg eateries. They use fresh, quality, locally sourced ingredients with a focus on environmental sustainability and diverse menu options. Diversity also operates Spruce Catering, Buffalo Stone Cafe at Fort Whyte Alive and Sleepy Owl Bakery.
Eadha Bread
Eadha is a worker cooperative bakery in Winnipeg's West End specializing in sourdough bread and pastries. Using a queer, anti-racist, de-colonial mandate, Eadha actively supports communities.
L’ Arche Tova Café
L’Arche Tova Café features hearty breakfast and lunch table service, take-out, catering, and offers freshly baked goods daily. Located in Transcona, it offers training and employment for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

A social enterprise lawn care and property maintenance business that provides individuals who experience marginalization with meaningful employment, hands on training, and enhance employability through essential skills development.

Persons Community Solutions (PCS)
Established in 2020, PCS is a certified social enterprise, embodying a commitment to sustainably empower communities in their safety and well-being. Services include capacity development projects and community safety initiatives to empower individuals and organizations to create positive change. In addition, PCS also provides Event Planning and Management designed to reflect the community and foster meaningful connections.
Sleepy Owl Bread
Launched in 2013 by two former employees of Diversity Food Services, Sleepy Owl Bread became a part of the Diversity Food Services family of companies in 2022. The bakery offers high quality employment and produces delicious baked goods made from locally sourced ingredients. Breads and pastries are available at Diversity Food Services locations as well as through a thriving storefront located at 751 Wall Street in Winnipeg's West End.
