    Eadha’s bread is 100% sourdough. Aside from add-ins such as nuts, fruit, or chocolate, this bread has only three ingredients: flour, water, and salt. Although this increases the complexity and labour involved in the process of baking, Eahda believes it is worth it to provide a superior product that is easier to digest and brimming with flavour. Allproducts are as local, organic, and seasonal as possible. Eadha offers bread shares and workshops, and they sell at various markets throughout the year.
