The conference commemorates the UN International Year of Cooperatives by creating a discussion forum with the aim of promoting a better understanding of the rationale, roles, potential, and impact of cooperatives.   • Battle of the Chefs helps United Way

    Baconfest! Prepare to “pig out”! The finest chefs in Winnipeg are coming together to create an evening full of bacon-inspired dishes, great music and awesome bacon-inspired prizes, with all proceeds going to United Way. Radio host Ace Burpee and HOT 103 present the first-ever Baconfest at The University of Winnipeg’s Richardson College for the Environment and Science Complex.

Elements is operated by Diversity Food Services, a social enterprise created by SEED Winnipeg and The University of Winnipeg Community Renewal Corporation (UWCRC).
